Position Overview
The position requires the incumbent to be involved in psychological and business consulting predominantly psychological assessment and interpretation for recruitment and selection, leadership coaching and development initiatives. Additionally the role will extend to involvement in the design and development of training and development programs for leadership groups and organisational interventions, including organisational culture reviews, training needs assessments, design and delivery of assessments and development centres and organisational development programs to meet change requirements and leadership talent management.
Key Accountabilities
Interpret test results and generate reports for recruitment, professional development and career guidance purposes. Particular attention will be paid to the interpretation of 16PF and 15FQ+ profiles in combination with other test results such as OPQ and WAVE. The range of other tests will include the LOQ, SPI, Gordon’s values surveys and various abilities tests, such as those provided by ACER, SHL and Genesys.
Take part in organisational development activities such as the preparation of training material, culture surveys and team-building activities using psychological assessments and tools such as the MBTI.
Develop skills in recruitment and selection methods, including reading job applications, short-listing candidates, conducting initial interviews and reference-checking.Key Contacts in the role

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Interest in, and/or knowledge of psychometrics, HR and OD is essential.
- Registered Psychologist.
- Well developed keyboard and IT skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications.
