Jenny Clavio
Jenny Clavio has an honours and postgraduate qualifications in Psychology from the University of Adelaide. She is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and College of Organisational Psychologists (COPs). Jenny has a broad background in organisational psychology, human resource consulting and training with clients based in Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Singapore, Hong Kong and London.
She has owned and operated the company since 1999 and, over this time, her work has included the design and development of various organisational interventions including culture reviews, training needs assessments, assessment and development centres, and organisational development programs to meet organisation change requirements and talent management. Jenny has also conducted training and group facilitation on a range of topics including management and leadership skills, group problem solving, wellbeing and resilience, conflict resolution and team building. Furthermore, her skills in psychological assessment and interpretation are used in leadership coaching and development programs.

Jackie Gordon
Jackie is a Registered Psychologist with over 12 years of experience in designing and delivering people solutions within both consulting and corporate environments.
Most recently, she was employed as Principal Consultant at a publicly listed, pioneering organisational psychology consultancy and has also worked in human resources for a regional bank as an in-house organisational development and talent management specialist. Jackie completed an overseas stint in learning and development for a UK insurance corporate and commenced her professional career with an Adelaide based organisational development consultancy.
She has consulted to many organisations across a wide variety of industries and sectors (public and private), including: Banking & Finance, Aged Care, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Transport & Logistics and Defence.
Jackie has assisted clients with individual and volume psychological assessment for the purposes of recruitment and selection and the identification of general potential, career transition and vocational guidance, succession management, leadership coaching, 360 assessments, performance management, employee assistance counselling, behaviour based interviewing, job analysis and evaluation and the design and delivery of various learning and development programs (accredited and non-accredited).
Amanda Pickering
For over 25 years, Amanda has worked within and supported the development of the organisational development field. She has held management positions with Clements, SA Police and the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley. She has worked as an Organisational Psychologist and Organisational Development Consultant for private sector consulting agencies such as Hudson and Locher Human Resources and held senior consulting roles within numerous State and Federal government environments.
In her work, Amanda is accredited in the use of a range of psychometric assessment, style and surveying tools and is a specialist in the design and implementation of assessments for recruitment, performance improvement, team development and succession planning. She is a skilled facilitator and presenter and has provided programs for Executives and senior managers in leadership and human resource topics. As a coach and mentor, Amanda has provided skilled and effective advice and assistance to leadership teams across all government sectors and within the private sector. She works well with individuals, teams and with organisations as a whole, establishing performance criteria and making recommendations for change. In addition, throughout her career, Amanda has actively managed the delivery of Organisational Development functions including human resource operations, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Relations, HR strategy formulation as well as many critical organisation wide projects relating to workforce development, policy development, planning and culture change. In a diverse career, she prides herself on her analytical rigour, integrity, change orientation and professional service orientation.
Hayley Lokan
Hayley Lokan is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and a Director at Lokan Consulting Pty Ltd. She has been consulting for more than 10 years and her experience comes from a combination of psychology, human resources and recruitment experience. Hayley has been consulting to a diverse range of industries in her role as IO Psychologist for many years, assisting businesses to become more productive and effective through her work with individuals, teams and organisations as a whole. Prior to this, Hayley was responsible for managing a national account, providing end to end recruitment and human resources services including implementing employee retention strategies, performance development processes, redundancy discussions and large scale recruitment drives.
Hayley has worked extensively throughout local and state Government bodies, as well as private enterprise and small business. She understands the importance of tailoring solutions to each individual client and has worked collaboratively with her clients to ensure that their needs are met through the delivery of relevant, reliable and valuable advice and support.
Most recently, some of her projects have included designing and conducting 360 degree reviews for a senior leadership team within a not-for-profit, designing a leadership competency framework for use with the community services sector and providing individual leadership development including facilitating training sessions with a professional services firm. Hayley has also recently been responsible for designing and facilitating an assessment centre process within the aged care sector and consulting within a government department to facilitate a corporate planning process.

With more than ten years’ experience in external and internal consulting roles, Helen is a highly experienced Registered Psychologist specialising in organisational psychology and organisational development. Her experience has provided her with insight into the needs of small and large business, as well as the government sector. She is able to translate her knowledge and experience into real world applications for all levels of management and leadership.
Michelle Cieciura
Michelle Cieciura is a Registered Psychologist and Associate of Jenny Clavio Consulting Pty Ltd. She has experience in psychological assessment, strategic HR interventions, recruitment support, employee development and career transition.
Michelle’s client base included both the private and public sector. Christopher Howland
Chris is an Associate of Jenny Clavio Consulting Pty Ltd undertaking work on our behalf. He is a Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience in designing and delivering Organisational Development solutions for a diverse range of Adelaide based and interstate clients. He has completed a Masters in Psychology (Work and Organisational) and has completed further training in Mediation, Medico-Legal report writing and managing cross cultural teams.
In addition to organisational consultancy, Chris maintains a management position at a community health agency, where he oversees two teams of allied health professionals. In this and previous roles he has demonstrated capacity in change management, recruitment with culturally diverse candidates, management coaching, organisational reviews and program design, tendering for and achieving funding, risk management, conflict management, delivering and reporting against industry performance measures.
He has delivered Organisational Development solutions as a Psychologist, Associate and Senior Organisational Development Consultant to client groups in Corporate, Public, Aged Care, Not-For-Profit, Vocational Rehabilitation, Manufacturing, Finance and Health sectors.
Kate Perston
Kate is a Registered Psychologist with over 16 years of experience in the Organisational Psychology field. Kate has a broad background in Organisational Psychology with experience gained over 7 years working as a psychologist for the Australian Defence Force and Manpower Australia conducting psychological assessments on all occupations for the Army, Navy, and Air Force. She has also worked in the United Kingdom in a number of healthcare settings. Her current consultancy work includes psychometric testing, interviewing and report writing for selection, conducting assessment and development centres, candidate feedback interviews and talent management programs.
